違規事件處理流程：
- 以email方式通知違規IP所屬系所或宿舍網路管理者協助處理。
- 限制違規IP的網路使用。
- 使用者解決違規問題後應主動通知所屬網管人員[查詢]。
由網管人員 email 給 security@ntu.edu.tw 通知解除設限。
